Projara sa lanenim semenom
Sastojci: – 350g sira – 3 jaja – 3 kašičice lanenog semena – prašak za pecivo, 10g – 1 kašičica soli – 100g brašna – 200g belog projinog brašna – 300ml vode – 0,5dl ulja – susam
I U posudu dodavati navedene sastojke i dobro ih izmešati – umutiti. II Smesu sipati u pleh, a po vrhu posuti susam. III U zagrejanoj rerni projaru peći 40 minuta na 200 C. Projara pečena, seče se posle 20-ak minuta, odnosno kad se malo ohladi.
